Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the daily management of the Department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the Department's employees;

2. Be able to quickly establish and manage the sales team and achieve the sales target.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, fluent in spoken and written English.

2. At least 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, sales management experience is preferred;

3. Have rich customer resources and customer relations, and have good performance;

4. Have strong ability of market analysis, marketing, promotion, interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem-solving.
